My Plan B for Retiring as an Advisor
Just like we can’t predict the future in our financial plans, we can’t predict how our succession plans will really play out. Instead of focusing on the day we quit being financial planners, we need to plan for the emergencies first – incapacity or untimely death. After that, we need to create resiliency in our practice for the day we no longer want to work.
